We have been a Private Equity, Non-Bank Advisory Group in business for over 20 years working in conjunction with a European Family Wealth Office, Pension Fund and Investment Firm that has over 800B in assets. Simply a prestigious Firm looking to invest cash for shares, which means subscription based on the sponsor’s Private Placement Memorandum, (PPM).

We are sourcing only developmental projects from 50M, (possibly lower and 15M and up for Shopping Centers, Malls, Supermarkets, ETC) into the Billions, globally. These projects must be shovel ready or near shovel ready. Your project will be structured and/or collateralized using your project as collateral and an Insurance Wrap. Upon approval an SPV will be formed to own the project. The SPV ownership structure effectively shields the assets of both the project sponsor and the equity investor from deficiency actions if the project fails.

100% funding of the Capital Stack is accomplished with both debt and equity. The amount of equity taken by the investor will vary depending on the project, but the sweet spot of equity for the investor is usually 30%.

Engaging a Q.S. gives you support for future modifications; therefore, you need not worry about these modifications as they can still be done after construction permits.
